UK INTERNATIONAL SOCCER AND XL SOCCER TOURS

ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE TOUR OF ENGLAND 2019

Thursday 21ST to Wednesday 27th November

 

Dear friends of UK International Soccer,

Through our partnership with XL Soccer Tours, UK International Soccer presents to its members and friends an incredible opportunity for true fans to travel to the home of soccer to experience all the passion of the beautiful game.  In November 2019 we will be heading to London for the ultimate fan tour with live games, behind the scenes stadium tours, all the sights of the capital city and fantastic accommodations.

XL Soccer Tours has been taking USA groups overseas since 2001. Their knowledge and contacts in the UK allow them to provide an unbelievable experience for the diehard soccer fan as well as those just wanting to travel overseas and take in all the sights of England and the capital city! 

 

The schedule will include two professional live English Premier League games AND a night game under the lights at one of London’s top English Championship League clubs. In addition we will be taking a behind the scenes guided tour of some of London’s top clubs and their home stadiums.  Our group will be able to see the famous grounds belonging to Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and the home of England Soccer Wembley Stadium! 

 

We will also have time for sightseeing and even holiday shopping in the city and stay in top quality London city center 4 star hotels. Our group will have its own luxury bus to pick up and drop off from the airport and then during the stay our tour guides will be with us and take us around the city center on the famous London Underground. 

 

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

There are a very limited number of places available for this tour and fully expect it to book up quickly.  The tour schedule can be found on the XL Soccer Tours web page.  To register for the tour click on the following link https://www.xltravel.com/ukis-ultimate-fan-experience-tour-2019.  Alternatively go to www.xlsportsworld.com , choose the “MY TOUR” tab at the top right and when you click on UKIS ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE TOUR 2019 you will be asked for a password which is ukisfan19 in lower case.  There you can view the itinerary and secure your place on the trip by clicking the BOOK NOW link then using your credit card or by mailing in a check to the address of XL Soccer Tours, 825 Courtland Street, Orlando, FL 32804.  Please make sure you write UKIS Fan Fanatic Tour 2019 on the check if choosing the latter option.  

WHAT IS THE COST OF MY TOUR AND WHAT WILL IT INCLUDE?

 

The cost of this tour will be based on final registrations and will only go ahead with a minimum of 20 paying people by September 1st.  If we do not get to the required number by September 1st you will be offered the opportunity of a refund or option to join a different XL tour. 

 

The cost of the tour is only $1,849 and includes all the following;

 

Included in tour...

• Fantastic tickets to 3 top class live games including the English Premier League and English League Championship.  English Premier League Fixtures could include Arsenal vs Southampton, Crystal Palace vs Liverpool, Watford vs Burnley, West Ham vs Spurs and even Brighton vs Leicester.  Championship fixtures could include Fulham vs Derby, Millwall vs Wigan Athletic or Reading vs Leeds United.

• Game locations are dependent on final fixture list.  We may be able to accommodate special requests but this might incur additional fees based on ticket availability.

• 5 nights of accommodation in 4 star city center hotels with full cooked brunch style breakfast.

• All scheduled sightseeing and stadium tours of The Emirates home of Arsenal Football Club, Stamford Bridge the home of Chelsea FC, the new White Hart Lane home of Spurs and the famous Wembley Stadium home to England’s National teams.

• If we have enough players registered for the tour then we may arrange games against local teams or provide the opportunity to train at a top London club.

• LIVE Customer service and your own XL account executive to take care of planning and questions.

• XL Sports Tours Fundraising program.

• Transportation by luxury bus and by London Underground 

• Fully escorted 24 hours a day by an XL Travel Director and staff

 

Not included in tour

• International flight and applicable airline taxes.

• Daily lunches and evening meals unless specified

• Live games will be dictated by confirmed fixture list.  

 

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR PAYMENTS?

We have a very limited number of spaces available for this tour and expect a great deal of interest so we would invite you to register with your initial payment before the suggested deadline.  To break down the cost of the tour XL Soccer Tours will offer travelers the opportunity to pay through installments with the following timelines:

Initial payment to secure tour place ($500): on or before August 1st 2019

Second payment ($500): on or before August 21st 2019  

Final balance: on or before September 21st 2019

 

DOES XL SOCCER TOURS OFFER ANY FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS?

XL Soccer Tours offers a fantastic fundraising program involving a raffle prize draw for one of their “Soccer Fanatic Weekends”. There is an additional document online with details of this program.  Once you have made your first payment simply email XL at info@xltravel.com to request your first book of 25 raffle tickets and XL will then send them out to your home address so you can immediately start raising money for the next installment payment.  As you pay the remaining balance XL will continue to send out tickets providing you request them.

 

WHAT ARE THE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

Rooms will be double occupancy and a roommate will be assigned to you although if you have a preferred roommate, you can specify this at registration.  If you did not do this at the point of registration, please email info@xltravel.com with your request.  Single supplements are available upon request to XL Soccer Tours for an additional fee.   Most hotels in England do not as a rule allow more than 2 people in a room and the price of the tour is based on a per head amount so there is no discount for having more people in a room.

 

WHAT ARE THE FLIGHT AND TRAVEL DETAILS I NEED TO BE AWARE OF?

You are responsible for their own international flight to England but from your arrival to departure XL Soccer Tours will provide and arrange all internal transportation.  XL Soccer Tours staff will arrange to meet the group at Heathrow airport on Friday 22nd November to collect everyone.  On Wednesday November 26th if flight times allow the bus will make one trip to Heathrow airport at a set time based on the final schedule.  When booking your flight you should ensure that you arrive in time to join the group on Friday November 22nd no later than 11.00am so ensure you provide enough time to get through customs and immigration.  Alternatively you can provide us with your flight details and arrange to meet the group at the hotel for check in with time to be confirmed.
