SPAIN

Defined by its sporting prowess and Mediterranean climate, Spain presents a fitting destination for a tour with XL Sports. Absorb the history of the Nou Camp with a stadium tour, then watch Barcelona exhibit their philosophy of total domination in a live match. Visit Madrid, the capital city, and enter the cauldron of drama and passion that is the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Take the ultimate soccer pilgrimage with an XL tour of Spain.

XL Soccer Tours helped us with all the logistics to turn our idea for a foreign tour to Barcelona into reality. They have immense experience in doing these trips, and when you can only do these trips once every four years, you want to make sure you get it right. XL Soccer Tours did that for us. It was the trip of a lifetime for our players, and was a big part of our run to the College Cup this past fall.

"If you come from Spain, you have to play football"

- Enrique Iglesias
El Clasico

Spain plays host to one of the biggest rivalries in club soccer and the game between Barcelona and Real Madrid is a once in a lifetime experience. 90,000 soccer fans under one roof provide an electrifying experience. If this isn't happening during your trip, then a guided tour of the colossal Camp Nou is a worthy substitute!

A construction site...

Not many people would want to visit a construction site on their vacation but this is one you don't want to miss out on. La Sagrada Familia was designed by Antoni Gaudi and construction started in 1882, yet is still over 10 years from completion. This is Barcelona's most famous sight and the stained glass windows provide an interior light show that needs to be seen to be believed.

Catalonia's proudest export...

Antoni Gaudi is one of Catalonia's most famous sons. Examples of his architecture can be seen in various places around Barcelona but if you want to truly experience his genius then Parc Guell is the place to be. Laden with his sculptural and architectural works, Parc Guell allows you to enjoy Gaudi in all his glory.

A visit fit for a King...

The ceremonial home of the Spanish Royal family,  the Palacio Real de Madrid is adorned in ornate architecture and is truly a home fit for a king! Exclusive access is available to see inside the grounds and to witness first hand how the other half live!
