To be honest, I was (and remain) skeptical of tour groups. I’ve been on a couple and it seems like the hosts are going through the motions. Not so with you guys - available, engaged, thorough and good to chat with.

Hello Jon,
I thought the trip was an exceptional value and was everything we could have hoped for. The ManUtd v Roma game was DEFINITELY the greatest event I have ever attended. I can still hear the chants and songs!!!
I hope to join XL Travel again in the future. Trevor, Nick and Kris were fantastic in their dealings with the group. For example, as we left the coach upon returning from dinner on Easter Sunday, I mentioned to Trevor and Kris that my son and I were heading to the megastore at Old Trafford on Easter Monday and if anyone else wanted to join us and defray some of the taxi fare to let us know. Trevor turns to me and suggests that we take the coach the next morning. In a matter of two minutes everything was arranged between the driver and the group. We ended up with around 20 people heading out to the megastore that next morning. This is one example of the outstanding level of customer service I have told everyone about since returning.
A personal "thank you" to you, Jon, for the prompt and efficient manner in which you distributed all the information before our trip. Everything turned out as you described.
