Just wanted to thank you again for a memorable week in . The games were great, the weather fantastic and the company exceptional. Jack and Clay have been chanting "Ferguson’s Red Army" ever since we landed back in .
To be honest, I was (and remain) skeptical of tour groups. I’ve been on a couple and it seems like the hosts are going through the motions. Not so with you guys - available, engaged, thorough and good to chat with.

Hello Jon,

I thought the trip was an exceptional value and was everything we could have hoped for. The ManUtd v Roma game was DEFINITELY the greatest event I have ever attended. I can still hear the chants and songs!!!

I hope to join XL Travel again in the future. Trevor, Nick and Kris were fantastic in their dealings with the group. For example, as we left the coach upon returning from dinner on Easter Sunday, I mentioned to Trevor and Kris that my son and I were heading to the megastore at Old Trafford on Easter Monday and if anyone else wanted to join us and defray some of the taxi fare to let us know. Trevor turns to me and suggests that we take the coach the next morning. In a matter of two minutes everything was arranged between the driver and the group. We ended up with around 20 people heading out to the megastore that next morning. This is one example of the outstanding level of customer service I have told everyone about since returning.

A personal "thank you" to you, Jon, for the prompt and efficient manner in which you distributed all the information before our trip. Everything turned out as you described.

Charlotte; I feel so bad that I never responded to your email. I have had this ‘bookmarked” since you sent it waiting for a chance to respond.

I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciated your tour. It was one of the best trips I have ever been on. I have traveled extensively for work and I am an experienced traveler. I had very low expectations for this trip.

It was one of the best trips I have ever been on. Maybe I needed it at this time—I don’t know—but nonetheless it was “just right”. You were with a high-powered group of professionals, that have very high expectations about their lives, and have always had a rather privileged background. You guys held your ground.

I think about our trip all the time. It was a highlight.

Fantastically planned trip. It was well organized and I felt like I was able to experience many facets of Brazilina culture. From the soccer, to the food, to the night life, to the people XL really enabled us to take it all in. The fact that we were able to play these Brazilian youth academys was really a once in a lifetime experience. Antonio, Tara, and Roberto were all excellent leaders. There were personable, social, and amicable in virtually every situation. I would absolutely travel through this program again.

Hi Jon,

I just wanted to say I had an excellent experience with XL Tours, and have heard plenty of positive feedback. Both Charlotte and Phil were excellent, just the right balance between fun and care-free and responsible and organized. The boys (and myself!) had an experience of a lifetime.

Just wanted to take a moment and say thank you.  The trip was fantastic.  It

was very well organized and everything went off without a hitch.  You saved

the day with the Manchester United Seats.  We really appreciated that.  It was

such fun traveling around with all of the XL staff.  You run a very

professional trip as well as being alot of fun. It was a pleasure to meet all of you and

can not wait to plan our next soccer tour!
