Day 1 - Teams arrival at the tournament headquarter located by the “Azzurro Centre” in San Marino: from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm teams check-in. During the tournament check-in (passports must be available for controls) each coach and team manager will be invited to the “Coaches Corner” to meet one of the tournament directors to verify documents, tournament rules and game schedule.

Day 2 - After breakfast, qualification games start at 9.00 am. At 8.15 pm, after dinner, teams meet at the Olympic Stadium of Serravalle in San Marino for the Opening Ceremony starting at 9.00 p.m. This year the Opening Parade will be done by the teams captains.

Day 3 - After breakfast, qualification games for all teams. Free evening.

Day 4 - After breakfast, last qualification games. This evening, by the “Cava dei Balestrieri” in San Marino, At 9.00 pm Medieval show.

Day 5 - After breakfast, last qualification games or semi-finals will take place (according to each team game schedule). This evening, in San Marino, at 8.30 pm, there will be a friendly game “San Marino Cup
referees vs. Coaches”. This match will be played at the Dogana field.  “Tournament Disco” for all the girls and boys participating in the tournament. The Disco is located a the Centro Azzurro in San Marino.

Day 6 - After breakfast, all final games will be played from the morning to the afternoon. The main soccer finals will be played at the Olympic Stadium and in Serravalle B soccer field.  Prize Giving Ceremony at 5.30 - 6.00pm.

Day 7 - Departure of all teams.
